Art, Abe and Arne Tables

Michael Sodeau

A trio of tables crafted from 100% recycled cork with a section removed to allow for storage, Art, Abe and Arne have much in common with one another but perform distinctly different roles. Art is the smallest and functions best as a side table with an angled cut out, perfect for a book or two. Abe works well as an end table with horizontal storage section. Arne is the largest of the three, happiest as a coffee table with a concentric cut out that is ideal for magazines. When grouped together the tables appear to take on their own characters, similar yet individual, like a group of relatives.

The Art, Abe & Arne tables are available with FSC certification. They are made from 100% recycled cork waste produced in the manufacture of wine bottle corks. At end of life these tables can be mechanically recycled and made into new agglomerate or composted to improve soil structure.

Cork oak forests are biodiversity hot spots, as rich in life as the rain forests, making the best use of cork waste helps elevate the value of this material and encourages cork oak forest conservation.

Indoor Advantage Gold certified. This product meets the VOC emission limits of ANSI/BIFMA e3 2019 7.6.1, 7.6.2, and 7.6.3
