Contract Account Manager 

To be responsible for the development and performance of allocated reseller accounts (dealer and design and build companies). The role is a 50/50 split between account management and new business development, the BD aspect is particularly focused on the design and build market. Working closely with the Brand Sales Manager and the other Contract Account Manager, you will be responsible in driving and building the targeted growth of the brand and revenue of the business.

Brand Sales Manager

Be responsible for the development and implementation of a brand sales strategy to achieve targeted growth. Hold managerial responsibilities over the brand sales team and be responsible for the sales department within the wider company management structure. The role demands key account management with both A&D and reseller accounts plus responsibility of optimizing performance of the wider sales team.

Furniture Developer & Visualiser

A key player in the design team. A senior furniture design, development and 3D visualiser role, responsible for new product development of brand and client products, creating high quality furniture and interior visuals. Working closely with external designers, clients, our in-house production and development teams and external suppliers across Europe.

HR Officer

A key player in the compliance team. A skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through evolving policies and managing procedures. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR and highly efficient. We expect knowledge of various HR functions and a willingness to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. Making us a great place to work, both using HR skills and ensuring our facilities are well managed.

Apprentice - Furniture Maker

We are looking for Apprentices to join our team of experienced furniture manufacturers, producing beautifully designed, bespoke furniture. This is a very exciting opportunity for an apprentice to start their career and develop the skills required to work in the Furniture manufacturing industry.

Apprentice - Supply Chain Warehouse Operative

We are looking for an Apprentice to join our team of experienced Warehouse and Supply Chain staff carrying out a range of moving, packing and stock-taking roles and duties across our warehouses near Chard.
